We want you and your little readers to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work for orders placed on darrylsilver.com.
Return window
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible items
- Books must be unused and in the same condition you received them.
- Stickers must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Please include your order number or proof of purchase.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, your choice, and we cover all shipping costs.
How to start a return
- Email us at thewriterdarryl@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We’ll reply with return instructions and the return mailing address.
- Ship the item back by mail. Returns are accepted by mail only.
Return shipping
For returns that aren’t due to our error, the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping on darrylsilver.com is free, so there is nothing to deduct. There is no restocking fee.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few more days to appear.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange a damaged or defective item for the same item. For anything else, return the item for a refund and place a new order.
